Specification Request

The Specification request form allows you to enter details for the Michell Bearings product you require:

• Step 01.

  Download the Specification request form (MS Excel 97 and later)

• Step 02.

  Open the form, select ‘Enable Macros’ and then choose from the options shown on the screens which follow to specify your individual requirements.

• Step 03.

  Complete the required information in the Specification Request Form spreadsheet which you have produced.

• Step 04.

  Save the form to your computer and email it here
