Michell Bearings Inc. has recently announced the appointment of Joseph Wilkes as Vice President (V.P) of Engineering Americas.

With over 26 years’ experience in the field of hydrodynamic bearings, Joe has joined the team to develop and establish Michell Bearings Inc. within the North American market.

Having previously worked as a Senior Engineering Consultant and as V.P Engineering for a large U.S bearings manufacturer, Joe’s qualifications and industry knowledge will assist the business to develop and implement its strategy.

Since his appointment at Michell Bearings Inc., Joe has overseen the overall set up process, participated in trade shows and customer visits and developed supply chains in accordance with U.S regulations. Over time, will be at the forefront of maintaining and expanding Michell Bearings Inc. across the U.S and global market.

The Philadelphia sales and engineering office, set up earlier this year, will allow Michell Bearings to engage with potential customers to provide an efficient and solid foundation for building client relationships and upcoming projects within the U.S and Canada. Key activities for Michell Bearings Inc. include engaging with customers in the U.S and Canada, together with U.S supply chain management.
